Privacy Policy

Overview

ADM Trainer is an AI-powered tool for practicing in-flight decision making. This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (stored by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see your password).
• Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Scenario content: the aircraft you enter, the scenarios generated, what you type, the responses, and your feedback are saved with your account so a scenario can continue across turns and so we can review flagged scenarios for accuracy.
• Usage counts: daily counts of scenarios and turns, used to enforce fair-use limits. For the free demo, a one-way hash of your IP address is used for the same purpose.

How we use it

• To run the service and generate scenario responses and feedback
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To review and correct inaccurate scenarios
• To send account emails such as password resets

Third-party services

• Anthropic: your typed responses and the scenario are sent to Anthropic's API to generate scenario text and feedback.
• Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Vercel: application hosting.

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription from the account page. To ask for your data to be deleted, email joe@flight-levels.com.
